IT'S SPARRING WEEK!
Sparring week begins January 4. Bring your sparring equipment to class.
Sparring weeks are always the first full week of the month.

SPARRING CLINIC
Join Mr. Rich and Mr. Matchett on Saturday, January 9, for a sparring clinic at 12:45.

TESTING DAY
Testing day is January 16. Call the front desk if you have any questions about your testing time.

BLACK BELT TEST
Giorgio's black belt test will be Friday, January 29. Students should arrive by 5:30 and testing will be at 6:15.

DODGE BALL
This month, dodge ball will be held on January 8, 15 and 21. There will be no dodge ball on Friday January 29.
Dodge ball is from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. and is $20 per person, ages 6 and up.

NEW JIU JITSU CLASSES!
Help welcome our new Jiu Jitsu instructor, Cesario deSousa, by checking out one of his classes!
Classes for ages 5-14 are Monday and Wednesday, 5:30-6:30 and Saturday, 1:30-3:00.
The class cost is $65 per month.
Classes for ages 15 and up are Monday and Wednesday, 7:30-8:30. The class cost is $80.00 per month.
