Fitness & Conditioning Classes
A plethora of classes, ranging from yoga to boot camp, are offered at Giorgio's.If a morning weight session is all you are looking for, use our fully equipped weight room.If a 20 minute treadmill run is all the time you have, we have a cardiovascular room as well.If you want to get the blood pumping to an intense cardio kick boxing class to the beat of fun, hit music, we have that as well.Bring your kids in and we'll babysit them in the mornings as well.Whatever you need, we have it.
Tae Kwon Do Instruction
TaekwanDo is a Martial Art originally designed for Korean soldiers, to gain better level of self defense and physical conditioning. Once thought to be only for adults, the art has involved into a system for children to enjoy. TaekwonDo helps to develop balance, coordination, concentration, stamina, and promotes physical and emotional growth.Giorgio's offers Kid Kwon Do for ages 3-6, USA TaekwonDo I for ages 4-7, TaekwonDo II for ages 7-12, Varsity TaekwonDo and adult TaekwonDo.
Giorgio's also offers parent and child classes. This class is for all levels and is a great way to bond with your child as you discover together all of the benefits of TaekwonDo.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
Muay Thai blends your own hidden personal powers and the tried and true techniques of personal self defense. You'll be amazed at the results from the very first class.Muay Thai focuses heavily on a good cardio workout, which includes both aerobic and anaerobic activities. Heavy bag work and pad work are much like interval training because you are throwing kicks and punches with a lot of power while working on your endurance. Rope jumping is also a mainstay of our classes.
Youth Programs
Our system of KidkwonDo™, for younger children ages 3 through 6, has proved to be especially successful. Most people think that young children must be talented, coordinated, or have some natural gift to train in a martial art. This is not true -- anyone can learn. Any child, regardless of age, can develop balance, coordination, concentration, stamina, physical and emotional growth, and new enthusiasm.
Yoga & Pilates
Kripalu Yoga and Joseph Pilates are both taught energetically and enthusiastically by our knowledgeable and friendly staff. A rejuvenating mind and body experience combined with a beneficial workout allows the client to reach new heights and learn more about their bodies.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
