CLASS TIMES:  Tuesdays 9:30 - 10:30 am  |  Thursdays 9:30 - 10:30 am  |  Saturdays 8:30 - 9:30 am
Using punching techniques from boxing and kicking techniques from Taekwon-Do, this class gives you an all around workout - aerobic, strength, speed, and balance training. Punches and kicks on heavy bags and various body weight exercises are synced to the music in the class to create a fun and challenging workout that will improve your power and cardiovascular fitness.  This class will make you sweat!

Attend 2 or more classes a week. 
If you’re coming to kickboxing class once a week on average, you won't burn enough calories or keeping your metabolism high enough to see great improvements.
The moves require high repetition to do them the correct way for highest physical benefit and injury prevention.  You won’t improve quickly enough to move to high intensity workouts if you only come once a week.

Work harder during the class.
Always easier said than done.  Try setting goals for yourself such as - "I won't take a break until after 3 songs."  "I will do full range of motion for 5 repetitions and gradually increase to the full 10."

Obviously eating right and incorporating other activities are important.  But, if you keep up the intensity for 2 kickboxing classes a week, you will see changes. 
Classes are taught by Robert Giorgio. Learning proper form and technique for striking the bag are part of the workout.
